A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to distribute a publicity leaflet for cleaning service companies in each apartment household scheduled to move in, the defendant had intruded into the apartment occupant support center office at night, and had a may Turkey, which can enter each apartment household, stolen it.
