1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 121,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 12, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant paid KRW 400,000 per month to the number of KRW 10,000 per unit operated by the Plaintiff at a D restaurant located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and paid KRW 10,000,000 thereafter, the Defendant received KRW 20,000,000 in total, and paid KRW 6 and KRW 7 on the condition that KRW 500,000 per month should be paid more than 10,000 per month thereafter, and paid KRW 20,000,000 in total, and paid KRW 20,000 to the Plaintiff on the other hand, and paid the Plaintiff the payment of KRW 19,00 in total.

B. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 400,000 per month to the number of KRW 10,000 per unit operated by G in Mapo-gu Seoul; and (b) received KRW 10,000,000 from the receipt of the payment of KRW 10,000,000 per month; (c) paid KRW 20,000 per month; and (d) paid the Plaintiff with the payment of KRW 20,000,000 per month; and (e) paid the Plaintiff with the payment of KRW 12,00,000 on the face of a week; and (e) paid the Plaintiff with the payment of KRW 12,00,000 per share.

C. On April 27, 2013, the Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 per month to the number of 25 million operated by the Plaintiff at the same place, and paid KRW 25,000,000 per month thereafter, the Defendant received KRW 2,200,000 per month on the 2nd unit, subject to the payment of KRW 1,200,000 per month thereafter, and paid KRW 50,000,000 on the 2nd unit, subject to the payment of KRW 25,000 per month thereafter, and paid KRW 52,80,000 on the 3nd unit, and paid the Plaintiff the amount by paying for the Plaintiff.

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant borrowed KRW 10 million from the Plaintiff on the ground that “A university registration fee of KRW 10,000,000 shall be paid to the third side of a month if he/she has lent KRW 10,000 to his/her father, and the principal shall be repaid until December 30, 2014.”

E. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant extended KRW 15 million to another person at the same place, and gave KRW 750,000 to five (5) interest.
