A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

2. On October 29, 2003, the Defendant accused the victim BM at the J hotel coffee shop located in Busan Dong-gu I in the same manner as Paragraph 1.

Therefore, the member acquired property benefits by using three credit cards such as the bank card from the BM from October 29, 2003 to January 29, 2004, a total of 4,360,865 won as shown in the attached Table 2, as shown in the attached Table 2, from October 29, 2003.

3. Around January 20, 2004, the Defendant accused the victim BP at the Daegu-gu BN hotel coffee store in the same manner as Paragraph 1.

Therefore, it acquired property benefits by using the total amount of 16,097,512 won from January 22, 2004 to May 12, 2004, as shown in the annexed Table 3, as stated in the annexed Table 16,097,512, which was issued four credit cards, such as Samsung Card, from BP, from January 22, 2004.

4. On October 21, 2003, the Defendant: (a) around 21, 2003, the fact in Samsungcheon-dong, Busan Metropolitan City was succeeded to the loan and did not have the intent or ability to repay the loan to the victim BL.
