Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and fine of 3,00,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

In the event of an electronic financial fraud case, such as Bosing, the Defendants conspired to receive a return of money by forging the false “won to confirm the fact of the accident” if the Defendants submitted to an investigative agency only the “won to confirm the fact of the accident,” which received a report from the investigative agency, via the application for suspension of payment and relief from damage, and, if the account is suspended, the payment can be suspended through the application for suspension of payment and remedy from the illegal gambling site or from the financial institution. In the event of the suspension of payment, the Defendants conspired to receive a return of money by forging the “won to confirm the fact of the accident,” and submitting it to the financial institution.

1. From April 3, 201 to June of the same month, the Defendants purchased cyber money in the name of Defendant A by accessing 1 F. 301 building 301 and the Internet gambling site G using a computer, by transferring it to the account designated by Defendant A from his own account, and using it at least KRW 10 million in one place between Defendant B and bank, and the last place of the number calculated by dividing the two copies of the cards by dividing it into 9. 2. The Defendants forged official document with intent to forge “the source of verifying the fact of the instant accident” in order to receive a return of KRW 22 million, which was lost due to illegal gambling as referred to in the above paragraph (1). On April 6, 2017, around 18:00, Defendant B forged the document obtained through the Internet.
