The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 05:27, on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the victim C (the age of 36) who was in the vicinity of the road along with the walked along with the walk, considered the Defendant’s walk “scapping signboards” to have the Defendant teared, and assaulted the Victim C (the age of 36) by embling three times around the Defendant’s walk on the ground that he was fested with the Defendant’s walk, and that he was flaged with the victim’s flash on the ground that he was flaging.

2. The facts charged in this case, which fall under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, shall not be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

However, since it is apparent that the victim expressed his wish not to punish the defendant, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
