A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment for fraud in the support of the Gwangju District Court in Gwangju District Court on November 21, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 29, 2012.

The defendant of "2013 Highest 2943" is a person who operates an E-real estate advisory counseling center in the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building.

The Defendant, around September 2009, at the above E-real estate advisory center, stated that “If the Defendant purchases part of the 24,447 square meters forest land G in Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongbuk-gun, he is responsible for our real estate and will develop the above forest land and pay the profits accrued from the development of the land later, the owner of the above forest will be H and if only the land is purchased, he will proceed with the development of the above land in our real estate.”

However, the Defendant could borrow real estate sales proceeds that H obtained pursuant to the above sales contract due to the lack of financial circumstances to the extent that the office rent and the monthly salary of employees was fast, and the above forest was a low development value, and there was no specific plan for the development of the above forest, and even if the Defendant purchased the forest in question by selling the entire forest, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to develop the forest in question.

Ultimately, on September 25, 2009, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) caused the victim to prepare a real estate transaction contract with H and/or part of 4958 square meters of forest land at the above E-real estate consulting office on September 25, 2009; and (c) caused H to transfer KRW 30 million to the corporate bank account under H’s name as the price for the sale and purchase of land.

On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant 2013 Highest 2949 decided that the victim I attended as a student from the lectures related to real estate investment conducted by the Defendant was able to spawn for friendship with each other.
