1. A fine of KRW 5,00,000 shall be imposed on the first crime as set forth in the holding of the Defendant, and a fine of KRW 10,00,000 shall be imposed on the second crime as set forth in the holding.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October 2, 2011 to a violation of the Mutual Savings Banks Act, a violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name, and a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the judgment on August 1, 2013 becomes final
