Punishment of the crime

At around 10:50 on March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting at the victim’s home panty store located in Jinju-si, a manager, C (Nam, 31 years of age) and employees, a manager, in business and neglecting surveillance against many unspecified persons; and (b) putting at the bar panty store located in the clothing sales stand one point equivalent to KRW 3,00,000, female panty store located in the clothing sales stand.
