The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that the Defendants guilty of violating the Automobile Management Act among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the concept of “act of refusing user’s request without any justifiable reason” under Article 57 subparag. 4 of the Automobile Management Act, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on legitimate act

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
