Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved from the direction of a line of 08:10 on February 19, 2018 to the train on the 2nd line of the Eastwest Station Cultural Park Station, the 7-3rd line of the train seated in the 7-3 column of the train and opened a bomer and cut the bomer in the process that the Defendant passed around the D station.

In other words, the reporter E and 10 other persons on board were self-defenseed in the subway by means of shaking their own left hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant used a patently obscene act.
