Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2016, at around 19:40, the Defendant driven Bone Star or passenger cars without obtaining a driver's license within a section of approximately one kilometer from the roads near Pyeongtaek-dong Han-dong, Kim Jong-dong, to the roads near the route of the Tong-dong, Dong-dong.
