Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2013, from around 11:00 to 12:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s construction work by force by blocking the entry of 25t dump trucks to fill up the cump trucks by asserting that access roads are his/her own land and preventing entry into the vehicle, on the ground that the victim D (61) was destroyed due to the banking work for housing construction commenced from 1 month to 12:00 of the same day, and that the parking lot earth was washed out.
