1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 1,026/1,944 in relation to Defendant B, among the 202 square meters of 202 square meters in Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, and Defendant C, Defendant C, 702/1,94.

1. On May 29, 1992, the Plaintiff purchased 202 square meters in the name of Gyeongcheon-gun E-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the name of the network F on the registry around May 29, 199 and occupied the said land in peace and public performance.

As a result, the Plaintiff’s prescriptive acquisition of the above land was completed on May 30, 2012, the Defendants, the deceased F’s heir, are obliged to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the completion of prescriptive acquisition, depending on their respective inheritance shares.
