1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 452,96,052, and KRW 400,000 among them, from February 26, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On September 25, 2013, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant an annual interest rate of KRW 400,000,000 to the Defendant, KRW 6.386% per annum, and due date of September 25, 2016, the benefit of the due date for delay in the payment of principal or interest shall be lost, and the interest rate for delay shall be 12% per annum by the agreed party.

B. From May 1, 2014, the Defendant did not pay interest, thereby losing the benefit of time. As of February 25, 2015, the Plaintiff bears the obligation of KRW 52,996,052 with respect to the Plaintiff as to the total amount of principal KRW 400,00,000,000, and interest or interest for delay, and as of February 25, 2015, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay damages for delay of KRW 400,000 with interest rate of KRW 18.386,00,00 for the principal and interest for the Plaintiff from February 26, 2015 to the date of full payment.
