A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On January 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a special injury at the Jeonju District Court, and on October 30, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence at the Park Ho-ju prison.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

가. 피고인은 2020. 5. 6. 22:50경 서울 송파구 B 앞 C 버스정류장에서, 그 곳 벤치에 앉아 버스를 기다리고 있던 피해자 D(여, 33세)의 바로 옆에 앉아 있던 중, 갑자기 다리를 꼰 상태로 앉아있는 피해자의 다리 사이로 손을 넣어 피해자의 음부를 만져 추행하였다.

B. On May 8, 2020, from around 16:15 to 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim’s left knife in the G located in the F located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, about the following: (a) the victim H (a) making a campaign; (b) the victim’s age 40; and (c) the victim’s left knife.

C. On May 8, 2020, from around 16:20 to 16:25 of the same day, the Defendant reported that the victim J (a person, a person, 30 years of age) entered the said F as a book in front of the said F, together with his/her day, entered the same as a book, and followed the victim’s knife between the victim’s knife and the victim’s knife, and committed indecent act against the victim’s resistance.

On May 9, 2020, from around 11:24 to 11:32 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act in the direction of the victim 's 's (a family name, a female, 20 years old) who used and walked Ma in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the following side of the victim 's 's (a family name, a female, 20 years old) who used and walked 's her own left side, with his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force on five occasions.

2. The Defendant attempted to commit indecent act by compulsion at around 17:00 on May 25, 2020, the victim Q Q (V, 19 years old) who sited in the event at the convenience point of “P” in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.
