The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of JJ established for the purpose of real estate trading business. A.

Around April 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased the above real estate under the name of J, Co., Ltd., with the amount of 1,074 square meters in L, M, 1,074 square meters in M, 1,074 square meters in P, P, 1,074 square meters in P, Q, 62 square meters in Q, 93 square meters in Q, Q, 836 square meters in Q, R, 836 square meters in Q, T, 836 square meters in T, 836 square meters in U, and 844 square meters in the name of the said company; (b) agreed to register the ownership of the said real estate under the name of B, C, and D; and (c) completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the said company; (b) on April 13, 2012, with the real estate sales contract and the real estate sales contract under the name of D, C, 2, and C, 1604 square meters in M, 747, Ma and 74, Ma.

As such, the Defendant trusted the real right to real estate under title.

B. On May 2012, the Defendant purchased the land of 530 square meters in W, 530 square meters and X 902 square meters in the name of J, a corporation, with the funds of the said corporation around May 2012, the Defendant agreed to register the ownership transfer under the name of E, which is an executive officer of the said corporation. On May 9, 2012, the Defendant completed a real estate sales contract under the name of E in relation to V and real estate sales contract at an office of non-real estate located in the Soradong-dong-dong, Jeonju-si, and completed a registration of the ownership transfer with the owner as E from the women’s branch court of Suwon District Court located in Jeonju-dong, Jeonju-si, 640-10, Jun. 22, 2012.

As such, the Defendant trusted the real right to real estate under title.

2. Defendant B is in the substitute of April 23, 2012, and there is a vacancy of 662.
