Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report any false fact with respect to a resident registration.

Nevertheless, on December 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) did not actually move to the Daegu Dong-gu building C, and D; (b) did not intend to reside at the same address; (c) written a written report on move into the same address; and (d) submitted it to report false facts concerning the resident registration.

2) On January 30, 2018, 2018, the Plaintiff prepared a written report on the move-in to the address and submitted it to report the false fact about the resident registration, without actually transferring the same to the “Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-do,” and having no intent to reside in the same address.

In addition, the defendant's age, occupation, sex, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, records such as circumstances after the crime, and various conditions of sentencing as shown in the argument of this case shall be determined as the order.
