1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserts that the Plaintiff supplied goods on credit to C from around 2003 to August 2004, and that C died on September 22, 2005, the Defendants, the inheritor, inherited the total amount of KRW 24,184,085 against C by inheritance shares, and sought payment for goods payment against the Defendants.

However, according to the statement in Eul evidence No. 1, the defendants filed a report to waive the deceased C's property inheritance on October 17, 2005 with the Incheon District Court 2005Ra2000 on October 17, 2005 and recognized the fact that the above report was accepted on October 20, 2005.

Therefore, the defendants are no longer in the status of the deceased C's heir, so the plaintiff's assertion that the defendants inherited the deceased's obligations is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
