Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On August 21, 2014, Defendant E was sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint coercion) at the Seoul Northern District Court on the grounds that the judgment became final and conclusive on March 12, 2015.
[2] Criminal facts: Defendant E, D, A, F, G, H, and I] The Victim AA (69), X (62), AB (62), AC (60), Z (53 years old), AD (67 years old), AE (63 years old), AF (61 years old), and AF (61 years old) are members of the AH church located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul).
