A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Defendant
B is a personal business owner who operates a secondhand shop in Sil interest City C with the trade name of “D” and engages in the collection and sale of recyclable materials, and is a person in charge of the safety and health management of his employees, and the defendant A is a collected engineer.
1. Defendant A had a duty of care to safely store strings, parts, work tools, etc. in performing the work of screening the scrap metal line using the strings and thereby prevent accidents.

A.
