1. The defendant shall jointly and severally with D for KRW 16,650,000 and for KRW 1,650,000 among them, from September 24, 2018 to the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 29, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a partnership agreement with the Defendant and D (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) (hereinafter “instant partnership agreement”).

The main contents of the instant contract are as follows.

Section 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to provide information on the customer’s request for interior works between the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “operator”) and the Defendant, etc. (E/F, hereinafter referred to as “partnership”) through the customer’s quotation of construction works (hereinafter referred to as “site”), and to provide the whole information on the site’s terms and conditions of use and transaction in performing construction works by using it.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. The term “services” means marketing services in which the operator posts information on partnerships and provides customer’s request information on interior works to partnerships through its sites.

2. The term “customers” means the potential consumers who may enter into a contract for a construction project with the manager in the future, requesting the operator to meet the estimated cost of interior works and accordingly, to conclude the contract with the manager;

3. “DB” means information on the interior works for which the customer requests the provision of an estimate.

Article 4 (Provision of Marketing Services) (1) Operators shall provide DB selected by a partner among the following services, which makes it suitable for the operator during the contract period according to the contents of the service of Class 1 (limited to those set out in the application for the use of the services in Appendix 1).

1. Provision of at least 20 DB to general residential spaces in the Seoul Metropolitan Area: 500,000 won (excluding surtax) per month;

2. Provision of at least 20 thousand DB to general construction of residential spaces and commercial spaces in the Seoul Metropolitan Area: KRW 700,000 per month (excluding surtax).

3. Provision of at least 20 DB to general construction works in the Seoul Metropolitan Area: 90,000 won per month (excluding surtax).

4.Provision of at least 30 DB to a single-class corporation in the Seoul Metropolitan Area: Three months.
