Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Busan District Court’s Vice-Support on January 15, 201, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on December 27, 2012.

On November 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.141% in blood, and driven a car from 763 Won-gu, Ocheon-si to 763 Won-ro, Ocheon-gu, Macheon-ro, 862 to 111-ro, Dopo-ro, 862.
