1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 8, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(4) On July 18, 2017, the Plaintiff stated that “creditors” and “debtors” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiffs” and “Defendants”, and that on July 2, 2017, the Plaintiff reduces the amount of damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of the copy of the request for modification of the purport of the instant claim and the cause of claim to “the day of full payment” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
