Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in transportation using Busan Ship B (Towing and 44 tons).

At around 08:40 on April 27, 2019, when anyone intentionally or by negligence does not discharge pollutants from a ship into the sea, the Defendant caused the leakage and pollution of pollutants into the sea through deck due to the negligence that he/she was unable to properly manage the waste drums in the deck in B which he/she is anchored at the Busan Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City (U.S.).
