1. The defendant shall own each share in the attached list of real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) was unregistered on July 17, 1912, and was under circumstances of E on September 21, 1932, and was registered with F on September 24, 1932, G on September 24, 1932, in sequence with H, I, J, and K on January 24, 1938.
B. The Plaintiffs’ prior-party L married with P, QC, P, and deceased on June 20, 1940, the permanent domicile of the Plaintiff was “Y in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si,” and between father N and motherO (Death on December 27, 1956).
L L's children are only children S.
S has been married with T, but T has died on October 15, 2004, and the plaintiffs are children between S and T.
S died on November 4, 2004, and the plaintiffs inherited S each 1/4 shares.
C. According to U.S. Ma, the plaintiffs' assistance division is stipulated as I, and the above I was born in V and died on May 5, 1941, and the spouse is written as QC.

2. The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion is that one of the holders of land cadastre I and L, the plaintiffs' preference, is the same person. Since the defendant denies the plaintiffs' ownership, the defendant sought confirmation of the plaintiffs' share in the land of this case against the defendant.
2. Judgment on the main defense of this case
A. The gist of the defendant's assertion is that the heir of the person who has obtained the ownership transfer registration on the registry is the heir, and thus, they cannot apply for the registration of ownership preservation in their future, and the registration of ownership transfer should be made after completing the preservation registration in the future, which is the first title holder. Since it can be confirmed who is the first owner on the registry of the land of this case, E or his/her heir must file a lawsuit against E or his/her heir, and seeking ownership confirmation against the State is
