The Defendant is the business owner of Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul) Second Underground 1st century.

At around 22:30 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that he is engaged in business by employing a dog in the instant singing practice room; and (b) assaulted a slope E belonging to the affiliated slope of the Suwon Police Station D Zone D District of Suwon Police Station on one occasion with a lush hand, and obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of official duties.
