The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the record, the court below is just in rejecting the defendant's argument about the mental and physical disorder for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no error of law as to the judgment on the mental and physical disorder

In addition, considering various circumstances, such as the Defendant’s age and behavior environment, relationship with victims, motive means and consequence of each of the instant crimes, the circumstances after the crime, etc., the determination of the lower court’s punishment against the Defendant is extremely unfair even if considering the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
