1. The Defendant is a person with no fixed occupation.

Even if the Defendant received money from the panty of the “C” under the pretext of brupt expenses, expenses for selling brut tickets, expenses for participating in the campaign, etc., he did not use it in a brupt, sell performance diskettes to the victims, or did not have the intent or ability to have victims participate in the campaign.

2. From April 10, 2012, the Defendant served as an employee at the G Contracting State in Ulsan-gun EF in Ulsan-gun. A.

On April 27, 2012, the Defendant received an instruction from F to pay public charges and issued a cash card in H’s name.

The Defendant released KRW 1,700,000 from the F’s account managed by agricultural cooperatives using the said cash card and password at the Nonghyup branch located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si.

B. On May 14, 2012, at around 19:00, the Defendant removed the cash card in the name of H from other F’s landmarks, and then withdrawn KRW 4,300,000 from the F’s account managed by the agricultural cooperatives using the said cash card and password at the agricultural branch located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., Ulsan-gun, Seoul, at around 20:48 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 6,00,000 won from the F's account in the agricultural cooperatives.
