1. The Defendant Yang Engineering Co., Ltd. is the Plaintiff’s KRW 55,00,000 and its amount from October 17, 2015.

Based on the facts, on August 22, 2006, the Plaintiff (U.S.) concluded a service contract for the environmental impact survey on the Jeju Recreation Park (hereinafter “the instant service contract”) from the Defendant Yang Engineering and the Taewoncosa Ltd. (hereinafter “U.S.”) on April 25, 201, which was declared bankrupt on April 25, 201 by Suwon District Court 201, the Defendant was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy; hereinafter “Defendant Taewoncosa”) and without distinguishing between Taewoncosa and its trustee in bankruptcy; and the main contents are as follows.

Service amount: 275,00,000 won service period: Five (5) years (60 months in prison period) payment terms from the contract date: The Defendants shall pay the Plaintiff the service price as follows:

The Plaintiff may claim against the Defendants the payment rate of service payment that the Defendants received from the project implementer (No.S. corporation).

Article 1 (Purpose of Contract) The purpose of this Agreement is to entrust the Plaintiff with relevant services for environmental impact surveys in conducting environmental impact surveys services for the Jeju-ho Recreation Park Development Project, and to prescribe matters necessary for the Plaintiff to accept and implement such services.

Article 2(Scope of Business) The scope of business conducted by the Plaintiff for the Defendants under this Agreement shall be as follows:

1. Surveys on the current status of marine ecosystems (referring to the same plant franc tons, low-sea animals, seaweeds, fish, etc.) and analysis of impacts at the time of construction and measures for reducing impacts, among the environmental impact surveys on projects for creating Jeju resort;

2. Preparation of and support for reports on the survey of marine ecosystems in the environmental impact survey of Jeju Recreation Park development projects;

3. Support for consultation and rental business;

4. The Plaintiff shall perform the duties and modified matters necessary for the performance of the service, even if not specified in the contract, without changing the contract amount.
