1. On January 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Yansan-gu, Jeonju-si; (b) expressed that he would purchase at a discount of the Defendant’s shopping mall reserve by accessing the Internet NAV and posted by the Defendant’s website; and (c) provided the victim D with a mobile phone text message to pay KRW 229,500 to the victim, he/she would charge the Defendant with a reserve to purchase goods worth KRW 270,000 to purchase goods.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to charge the reserve.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim D as above, received 229,500 won from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim D; (b) and (c) received 2,809,500 won in total from 13 members, such as the victim D, from February 17, 2016 to February 17, 2016.

2. On January 26, 2016, the Defendant reported that he/she would purchase 20,000 won of an admission ticket from the Internet server and posted by the victim F by accessing the Internet website at the 21:57 Flusium, and made a false statement that he/she would send the admission ticket if he/she contacted the victim to pay 120,000 won.

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the admission ticket.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 120,00 from 14 members, such as the victim F, etc. by deceiving the said victim, and then transferred KRW 2,875,00 from 14 members, such as the victim F, etc. by February 16, 2016, on the same day, from the victim’s account (E) under the name of the Defendant.

3. On February 9, 2016, the Defendant access the Internet NAV to the Internet website at the 09:30 Fluxa, which was posted by the Victim G.
