Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, C and D do not obtain authorization, permission, etc. from the authorities, and from July 9, 2010 to February 2016, D and D are stock investment experts against many and unspecified persons, such as G, H, I, J, and K, in-house directors, and in-house directors, stock companies, F offices, etc., for which C work as auditors.

When investing money, such money shall be used for stock investment, and 1.5% of the principal of the investment shall be paid with earnings from enormous profits, and the amount of the investment shall be paid without money within three months from the date of receipt of the request.

2/3 of the investment funds received from investors shall always be held in cash, and the agreed profits may be paid as it disposes of shares after making up the profits of 2/10 per month.
