1. Defendant BN Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiffs the money stated in the corresponding column of “personal fee” in the separate sheet of calculation and its related thereto.

1. Basic facts

A. It seems that the BP corporation (hereinafter “BP”) is also using the name “BX” on the BP ground after obtaining a building permit on July 18, 2006.

After constructing a building of 6th underground and 11th underground (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) under the name of title, the approval for use was obtained on August 29, 2008, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed on September 19, 2008.

B. Since then, the instant building was transferred to Defendant BN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”). The Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) which is a corporation operating a housing construction project through BS, BU Co., Ltd., BV, BV Co., Ltd., Ltd., and Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”). The entire transfer registration of all co-owners based on the sale as of Apr. 26, 201 was completed on Sept. 19, 2008, including the right holder, etc. as of the date of receipt of the registration date for the purpose of completion of the transfer registration, as of Sept. 28, 2009, the BS transfer registration as of Sept. 25, 2011, as of Jun. 29, 2011, Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co.,, Ltd.) for sale and purchase BS transfer ownership as of Jun. 29, 2010>

On the other hand, on December 8, 2011, the instant building BZ, CA Nos. and CB changed the use to Class II neighborhood living facilities from amusement facilities and sports facilities (a golf practice range). On January 31, 2012, the instant building was extended by 311.94 square meters on the 10th floor of the instant building.

BU Co., Ltd and three other parties reported the change of the use of the building of this case to the Sungsung City Mayor on January 31, 2012, and the defendant Co., Ltd. reported the change of the use of the building of this case to the defendant Co., Ltd. on May 2, 2012.
