A is the representative director of Defendant B, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of indoor construction business.

On July 21, 2014, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation awarded a contract for the installation of 12 elementary schools, including the 9 elementary schools, which were newly constructed in the C District, at the Daeung S S Complex, to the 12 elementary schools, middle and high schools, and the Dae S Complex Co., Ltd. subcontracted the above installation work to the Defendant B Co., Ltd. on or around August 2014.

A sewage-grade person shall not further subcontract any construction work he/she has subcontracted to any third person.

On October 1, 2014, Defendant A subcontracted all of the construction works on the 5 elementary and 3 middle schools in the above construction work at the office of B Co., Ltd. located in Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, and subcontracted the subcontracted construction work again at KRW 115,324,00, approximately 95% of the subcontracted construction cost, and around that time, Defendant A re-subcontracted the subcontracted construction work by having E perform the said construction work at the same time and at the same place as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
