A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months and by a fine not exceeding five million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the lessee of building No. C 10, Nam-gu, Incheon.

On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided the above “C 10” building that he/she left to engage in sexual traffic business (for example, “D”) to use for sexual traffic business; and (b) agreed to divide the Defendant’s business profits by paying public charges imposed on the profits accrued from the operation of the business establishment, by paying public charges imposed on the building.

The Defendant conspiredd with D, “D” on September 2015, to the end of the same month from September 23, 2015 to the end of the same month, in collusion with D, employed “the presenter’s mother” E, and sexual traffic women F, etc., thereby engaging in commercial sex acts by having an unspecified male customer receive sexual traffic payments from the unspecified male customers, and sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic.

2. On October 2015, the Defendant agreed to provide G, the business owner of a sexual traffic business establishment, with the above building No. C 10, he/she left for use in the sexual traffic business, and to receive part of the monthly profit in return.

The Defendant and G conspired as above from October 8, 2015 to April 14, 2015, the Defendant and G engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic by employing the c. 10th of the same month, the c. “the presenter’s c.m.” H, and sexual traffic women I, etc., in return for the payment of sexual traffic from unspecified male customers, thereby having sexual intercourse with the sexual traffic women.
