1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a professor of H University dance faculty, and the Plaintiff mainly operates a dance group for performing performances by organizing art school teachers, instructors, or university instructors from among the same school graduates.

2) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a press organization that publishes newspapers, online newspapers, etc., Defendant C is the head of online news department in Defendant B, and Defendant D is the reporter belonging to Defendant B.

B. On February 6, 2020, Defendant B posted the attached Form 3 Articles prepared by Defendant D as the title “I” on the Internet homepage and posted them.
