A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,00,00, by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, by a fine of KRW 7,00,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B, C, D, and E conspired with H, Defendant C was the president or auditor of the I (ju), Defendant C and Defendant D were the president of each (ju) I; Defendant B was the executive director of the I; from October 2009 to Seoul J building 8, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, the 6th floor of the Seocho-gu, Seoul, and the 5th floor of the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with an intention to attract investments from unspecified people by precluding the sale of agricultural products, health foods, etc.

A. On October 19, 2009, the Defendants: (a) around the 8th floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu J building (State office); (b) the company does not have a normal profit structure through the sale of goods; and (c) even if the company receives an investment, it is only used for the purpose of returning part of the investment money to the senior investor; and (d) it was impossible to repay the principal to the investor within the specified period of time when the next priority investors are not recruited; (b) even though it was impossible for the victim M. (74) to purchase products to create profits by distributing agricultural products, health foods, clothing, etc. at 20% of the cost; (c) so, the company purchased products at 80% of the cost; and (d) made investments at the account of 1,400,000 won per account every five times a week, with the total of KRW 135 times per annum and KRW 40% of the principal of the investment from the victim, and (d) one hundred and twenty (1000) days per annum.

(b) Any person who violates the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts and subordinate statutes shall agree to pay the total amount of principal or any amount in excess thereof in the future without obtaining authorization or permission, making registration or report, etc. under other Acts and subordinate statutes from many and unspecified persons.
