Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a divorce between the victim B and the victim three years.

From April 29, 2016 to October 28, 2016, the Defendant was ordered to take a protective disposition, such as prohibiting access within 100 meters from the due court to the residence, workplace, etc. of the victim.

Nevertheless, on May 9, 2016, the Defendant violated the decision of protective disposition, such as entering a living room, while drinking in the victim B's dwelling in Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, 106 Dong-gu, 1109, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, about 17:35.
