1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2012, the injured party B was awarded a bid of 20 items-type mechanical devices listed in the attached table of 13640,000 won at the market price in the (ju) golf manufacturing factory located in the area of 5,00-88, 100,000,000,000 in the Busan District Court's articles of incorporation of the Busan District Court.

On September 13, 2012, at around 10:00, the Defendant had 20 vehicles owned by the victim at the manufacturing plant of the instant golf products, 1,5 tons truck, 4 vehicles with one ton truck, and 1 ton truck.
