All prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

1. Around 09:00 on April 20, 2019, Defendant B assaulted the victim A (60 years of age) and the victim A (60 years of age) in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Madialton, who was in a dispute with the victim, by hand at one time.

2. Defendant A assaulted, by hand, the victim B (the age of 69) at the same date and time as that of the preceding paragraph, on the ground that the victim B (the age of 69) was at the time and place, with the face of the victim’

2. The facts charged in this case, which fall under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, shall not be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

However, since it is apparent that each victims expressed their desire not to punish the Defendants, the prosecution of this case against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
