A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:20 on January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the entrance door No. 303 to the victim D (5 years of age) without any justifiable reason to verify whether the victim D (5 years of age) was a son; (b) continuously escaped from the entrance of the parking lot by following the victim; (c) took a sign of no parking at the victim’s face and the left side bridge; and (d) took the victim’s face at the victim’s seat with the second 4-day drinking, the Defendant took a string seat and tension with the victim’s face.

2. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:20 on January 20, 2013, 306, the studio building 306, the members of Ansan-si, the Defendant: (b) opened the entrance of the parking lot, with a 306 entrance door door, the victim E-owned; (c) attached a sign of prohibition of parking, the victim-owned at the entrance of the parking lot; and (d) changed the part above the top door of the Grano-gu car owned by the victim F, the victim-owned at the parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the victims' property so that the sum of 504,713 won can be repaired.

3. At around 20:40 on January 20, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties in relation to the police officer’s civil petition reporting duties by assaulting the police officer, such as “I see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, e.g., see, e., see, e., see, e., see, e., see, e., e., see, e.

4. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) during the process of arresting a flagrant offender under the suspicion of paragraphs (1) through (3) above and sending him/her to a police box on the front way in Ansan-si, a member C of Ansan-si, and sending him/her to the police box; (b) the back of the driver’s seat and glass of the JM3 patrolr.
