A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:16 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C’s D Poter vehicle parked at the front of the building at Jinju-si; and (b) took advantage of the Raber, etc. that had been in possession of the victim’s vehicle, the Defendant separated one poter for the vehicle equivalent to KRW 50,000 from the vehicle owned by the victim from the above Poter.

2. At around 22:30 on December 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered three vehicles with the H-wing height3 of the victim G parked at the front of the F-Sinannam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) took advantage of the draber, etc. previously possessed the 110,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession; and (c) took off one set of vehicles with the 110,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession from the dra

The Defendant: (a) discovered the victim I J-J 3 vehicles parked at the same time and place as Paragraph (2); and (b) took advantage of the Raber, etc. previously possessed the victim’s possession, separated one set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 90,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession from the Raber, etc., and stolen it.

On December 14, 2019, at around 23:15, the Defendant: (a) found the victim K’s modern truck parkeded at the bottom of the parallel road located in the Yanan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) took advantage of the dracker, etc., he/she possessed in advance, thereby cutting off two distribution boxes of vehicles equivalent to KRW 2.40,00,000 from the above truck.
