A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 26, 2017 to October 1, 2018, the Defendant is a person who operates a “D child-care center” in subparagraph B apartment C in Busan Metropolitan City from January 26, 2017.

The director of a child-care center may receive the concurrent office allowances for teachers, infant-care teachers, basic infant-care allowances, and infant-care teachers may receive the basic infant-care fees for the improvement of the working environment of teachers, special allowances for agricultural and fishing villages, infant-care teachers, and the "hour extension team" operated after 19:30 may be paid to two or more infant-care children in cases of infant-care for at least two children.

No person shall receive a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.

Nevertheless, while operating the above childcare center, the Defendant falsely registered himself as a teacher in charge of the childcare integrated computer system even though he did not directly perform the duties of childcare teachers, and registered E and F as a teacher in charge of the childcare integrated computer system, even if he did not work for at least eight hours a day at the above childcare center, he falsely registered E and F as a teacher in charge of the childcare integrated computer system for eight hours a day, and registered as if he did not operate G as a teacher in charge of the time extension, even if he did not have a child in charge of the time extension team.

Based on the aforementioned false registration, the Defendant received subsidies of KRW 220,00 in the name of the teachers’ working environment improvement expenses in the name of H bank account (I) in the name of H bank in the name of Si of Si in Busan on September 11, 2017 based on the “D Child Care Center” as above, from that time, until July 11, 2018, and received a total of KRW 28,60,400 in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the same manner, and received subsidies by unlawful means.
