A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. At around 10:05 on February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deemed that a person related to the said C&A was unable to seek jobs at other places by taking an examination on his/her own; (b) thereby, the Defendant was holding two oil tanks with two water-resistants, holding one knife (2.5 cm in total length, 12 cm in blade) which is dangerous articles.
