1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On June 20, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) driven a low-speed vehicle around 15:47, while driving two lanes among the four-lanes in the Cheongdo-dong, the Cheongdo-si, the Cheongdo-si, the Cheongdo-si, the Cheongdo-dong, with the inside side of the Sungnam-do-do-ro; (b) tried to change the two-lanes of the ice-ray vehicle of B, which was driving one lane, without turning the direction direction, etc.; and (c) in this case, B, in which the Cheongdo-dong was changing the lane to the lane for which the Plaintiff is driving, was driving with the ludo-dong in front of the Plaintiff, while driving it as the ludo-dong.
The plaintiff puts off the B-lane from the B-lane to the two-lane in the above behavior, and continued to drive the said road into the two-lane, and changed the lane to the one-lane without turning the direction, etc., and then changed the three-lane to the three-lane.
