A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with C low Pest another car.
1. On July 28, 2018, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.162% in blood around 00:15 on July 28, 2018, and driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.162% on the roads in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “the roads in front of Gangdong-gu”) at the seat of KT telephone station at the echeon elementary school.

2. The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol by 0.162% in a section of about 3 km from the front side of the cancer comprehensive market located in 25-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the roads indicated in paragraph 1, at the time of the day indicated in paragraph 1.
