1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4063" is the victim B (n, 30 years of age) and the married couple of law.

1. 2016. 6. 11. 특수협박 피고인은 2016. 6. 11. 19:25경 광주 남구 C건물 203호 피고인의 집에서 큰 딸 D가 장난치는 것을 혼냈다는 이유로 위 피해자와 언쟁을 벌이던 중, 현관문쪽에 세워져 있는 위험한 물건인 장대우산을 가지고 와 우산앞쪽 뾰족한 부분을 피해자의 목부위를 향하도록 한 다음 피해자에게 “목 쑤셔서 죽여버리겠다”라고 말하고, 이어서 부엌에 있는 위험한 물건인 가위를 꺼내어 가지고 와 다시 피해자의 배와 목 부위에 향하도록 한 다음 피해자에게 “가위로 너를 찔러 죽여버리겠다”라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On June 12, 2016, at around 16:00 to 17:00 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant of special intimidation and special assault: (a) had a transition knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, that is, the victim took a child from the date mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and knows that the victim was living together with another male, and that he was living together with another male; and (b) as if the victim was with a knife, the victim was her head with a transition knife with a transition knife and a transition knife with excessive knife.

On September 23, 2016, the defendant of "2016 Highest 4894", the defendant, while drinking alcohol in the F entertainment tavern in Ma on Sep. 23, 2016, the victim G (the 43 years of age) who is an employee of the above drinking house would not be paid the drinking value on the ground that he does not sing the above drinking house properly sing out and talks with the victim's hand, sing the victim's body, sing down the victim's body, sing up with the wall, and sing up the wall.
