On November 12, 2012, at around 21:15, the Defendant assaulted the victim of the vehicle, who is walking the face of the victim three times at a time, and walked knife one time, on the ground that the victim C(the age of 42) speaks that his driver’s name is flicker and flicker in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
