Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:10, at the front corner of the 316-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu apartment building 316, the Defendant: (b) caused the victim D ( South, 37 years old) in front of the road while walking the road to the extent that the passage of the EMW car is difficult due to the victim’s vehicle, and (c) caused the bubper installed in front of the victim’s vehicle by hand, and (d) caused the bubper to the above part at the edge of the Egypt; and (d) damaged the property in which approximately KRW 900,000 of the repair cost is reduced to approximately 10 cm.
