Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:30 on October 21, 2020, the Defendant driven a 300-cloudic 300-cloud cloud, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 150 meters from the front of a C-Public Parking Lot located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the same Gu.

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but Defendant 1 driven a 300 stobinic 300 stobin of E mold, which is not covered by mandatory insurance, at the same time and place as the foregoing 1.
