The Defendant, around 14:45 on May 27, 2017, around the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s residence, operated a car for the C News Art Art Art. 1 without obtaining a driver’s license, in the area where approximately 2km-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government up to both normal distance.
